NFL only counts rushing touchdowns, receiving touchdowns, field goals, kick/punt touchdowns, Please note that touchdown passes do not count towards points scored for a college. In NFL calculations for individual points, touchdown passes by quarterbacks are not counted, as the points are assigned to the receiver. There are 143 different colleges that have scored in the Super Bowl, and 2 players that have scored without ever playing college football: Toni Fritsch (Dallas Cowboys) and Garo Yepremian (Miami Dolphins). South Florida (USF) were the only team to be added to the list this year after Super Bowl LVIII
