QBs

Top Plays

Cam Rising $8,900
Riley Leonard $8,600
Drew Allar $8,500
Kyle McCord $8,400
Brendan Sorsby $8,000

• Rising & Sorsby are my favorite two plays of this group. Leonard and Allen have easy matchups but both teams could lean on the run or get big leads and not have to pass. McCord might have many attempts vs GT but the Yellow Jackets Defense is solid. I expect for Rising to have a big game vs Baylor and Sorsby could do well vs a Pitt Defense that’s average.

Best Value Plays

Avery Johnson $7,500
Aidan Chiles $7,000

• Johnson is my favorite value play and I love his matchup vs Tulane. Chiles will be a low owned contrarian play after his struggles vs FAU, if you play Chiles and he has a good game you’d gain a lot of leverage on the field.

Longshot Plays

Eli Holstein $6,500
Billy Edwards Jr $6,500

• Holstein had a productive game vs Kent State and while the competition gets stiffer this weekend he’s still a good value for 6.5K. Billy Edwards Jr is the Terps QB1 & he’s a Dual Threat with a high floor.

RBs

Top Play

Ollie Gordon II $9,600

• Gordon is the top priced RB on the slate and while he’s always capable of a 200 yard 4 TD performance I’m actually going to pass on him this week. His price is outrageous and I believe Arkansas will gameplan to stop him and make Alan Bowman beat them.

Best Value Plays

Jadarian Price $7,100
Jamal Haynes $6,900
Nicholas Singleton $6,700
DJ Giddens $6,600
Jarquez Hunter $6,500
Jeremiyah Love $6,400

• I love the Irish RBs this week vs a NIU team they should be able to run against so get Price & Love in your lineups. I believe Haynes has a good game vs Syracuse and Singleton has a favorable matchup vs Bowling Green. DJ Giddens will get a lot of opportunities this week but if you play Avery Johnson then leave Giddens alone.

Longshot Plays

Desmond Reid $5,900
Dylan Edwards $5,400
Katron Allen $5,300
Ja’Quinden Jackson $5,200
Terion Stewart $5,000

• Reid is the RB1 for Pittsburgh and he paid off for me last week. If Cincinnati DT Dontay Corleone doesn’t play this week that will help the value of Reid. Kansas State has a matchup vs Tulane and Dylan Edwards could contribute big in this one as a pass catching RB. The explosive RB is worth throwing a dart at.
Katron Allen being 5.3K is ridiculous, he’s just as good of a RB as Singleton and the matchup is very favorable. A low owned contrarian play will be Bowling Green RB Terion Stewart. Obviously I don’t expect the Falcons to score much but Stewart is an outstanding pass catching RB and I could see him having 50 rushing yards & 7 catches for 50 yards 1 TD and at 5K I’d be perfectly fine with that.

WR/TEs

Top Plays

Xavier Henderson $6,500
Barion Brown $6,500

• It’s honestly not many top ranked WRs I want to pay up for so this is a week where I’ll most likely pay up at QB/RB. Henderson is a player worth stacking with Sorsby vs Pittsburgh as he’s the Bearcats WR1. Brown is a versatile receiver who’s capable of multi TD games. I expect Kentucky to win and cover -10 vs South Carolina and for Brown to find the endzone.

Best Value Plays

Dorian Singer $6,100
Harrison Wallace III $5,800
Eric Singleton $5,800
Taj Felton $5,400
Oronde Gadsden II $5,000

• I love this group of middle tiered priced receivers. If I play Cam Rising I’m stacking him with Singer to get different from the field who will most likely stack him with Brant Kuithe. Wallace is a good play but I’ll pass this week because coming off that WVU performance he will be highly owned in a game where PSU will most likely spread it around more. Singleton at 5.8K is excellent value and Felton at 5.4K is an incredible steal for that price and worth stacking with Billy Edwards Jr. Gadsden II was 3.5K last week and I mentioned how poorly DraftKings mispriced him. I had him in about every lineup and he caught 7 passes for 108 yards 1 TD. This week Gadsden II is 5K but he’s still the #1 target for McCord and capable of a 20 point fantasy day.

Longshot Plays

Trebor Pena $4,900
Cam Coleman $4,500
Tyler Warren $4,400
Kenny Johnson $4,400
Kaden Saunders $4,200
Jack Velling $4,100
Censere Lee $4,100
Joe Royer $3,800
Luke Lachey $3,800
Reece Vander Zee $3,500

• It’s a lot of Tight End value here with Warren (PSU) at 4.4K, Velling (MSU) at 4.1K, Royer (Cincy) at 3.8K and Lachey (Iowa) at 3.8K. If I play Chiles then stacking him with Velling is a low priced and low owned contrarian stack that I like. Lachey at 3.8K is probably the best value, he’s the top target for Iowa. Johnson paid off for us last week and the Pitt WR is once again an excellent low priced play.

Mock Lineup

QB: Cam Rising $8,900
RB: Jamal Haynes $6,900
RB: Dylan Edwards $5,400
WR: Dorian Singer $6,100
WR: Luke Lachey $3,800
WR: Jack Velling $4,100
Flex: Jadarian Price $7,100
SuperFlex: Avery Johnson $7,500

• In this lineup I’m stacking Rising with Singer. I think playing Singer over Kuithe gets you different from the field. I’m also stacking Avery Johnson with Dylan Edwards, that’s right a QB with a RB. Most people will play Giddens at RB for KSU and by stacking Johnson with Edwards I’m separating myself from the competition. Lachey & Velling are low priced value Plays and I’m counting on Jamal Haynes & Jadarian Price to carry me at RB.
