QBs

Top Plays

Jordan Travis $9,000
Dillon Gabriel $8,900
Carson Beck $8,500
Jordan McCloud $8,100

• JMU QB Jordan McCloud is the best price adjusted play of these four and I love playing the G5 players on a dominant P5 slate. McCloud is averaging 24.7 FPPG and the game vs Georgia State could be high scoring. Travis is obviously a good play each week and the matchup vs Pittsburgh is very nice. I don’t think Gabriels ownership will be too high which makes him intriguing to me, I expect him to do well in the rivalry matchup vs Oklahoma State.

Best Value Plays

Jaxson Dart $7,800
Kyle McCord $7,600
Graham Mertz $7,200
Darren Grainger $7,000
Jack Plummer $6,500

• Grainger is my favorite price adjusted play here and he’s averaging 24.3 FPPG. Dart has a matchup vs a Texas A&M team who doesn’t have the strongest secondary and he could be able to take advantage. McCord is only intriguing to me because of the talent that surrounds him, I don’t think he’s a special QB but anytime you have Marvin Harrison Jr to throw the ball to you have an opportunity for a productive fantasy output.

Longshot Plays

Kyron Drones $6,300
Alan Bowman $6,200
Max Johnson $6,000

• Kyron Drones has actually improved and developed into a solid QB. He has a tough matchup on the road vs Louisville but he’s a Dual Threat who has a high floor. The Oklahoma Defense has holes and Alan Bowman could possibly exploit some of them, for $6,200 he’s worth throwing a dart at.

RBs

Top Plays

Jonathon Brooks $7,800
Daijun Edwards $7,300
Ollie Gordon II $7,200
Audric Estime $7,100
Marcus Carroll $7,000

• Marcus Carroll and Ollie Gordon II are my favorite price adjusted plays here. Carroll is the Georgia State RB and he’s averaging an impressive 27.7 FPPG. I want as many shares of the JMU/GAST matchup that I can get. Ollie Gordon II goes up against Oklahoma who let Kansas run all over them.  Gordon II has made a push to be a Heisman Candidate and the Cowboys will give him plenty of touches vs Oklahoma so I want quite a few shares. Brooks has been phenomenal averaging 24.4 FPPG this season and Texas will be in a dogfight vs Kansas State. The Longhorns don’t want to put too much pressure on young QB Maalik Murphy so expect 25+ touches for Brooks.

Best Value Plays

Quinshon Judkins $6,900
Trey Benson $6,800
Jawhar Jordan $6,700
TreVeyon Henderson $6,500
Bhayshul Tuten $6,000
Phil Mafah $5,500

• Clemson has a tough matchup vs Notre Dame but if Will Shipley is out with a concussion (Check the Injury Report) then Mafah at 5.5K will be a good low owned value. It’s a lot of good plays here but Jawhar Jordan really stands out to me. The Hokies Defense has improved but earlier this season they were exposed by RBs like Kyle Monangai and Trey Benson. If you want to play Jawhar Jordan you can always run it back with VT RB Bhayshul Tuten who’s been playing tremendously the last few weeks. TreVeyon Henderson frustrates me (Fantasy & DFS Wise) but last week he had a big game and when healthy he has 30 point upside, for $6,500 I want some shares because he has potential for a big game vs Rutgers.

Longshot Plays

Kaelon Black $5,200
Rueben Owens $4,700
Ty Son Lawton $4,700

• Black and Lawton are JMU RBs and both could are good longshot plays. Both get plenty of touches which makes it hard to predict which one has the best game but I like taking a chance on Lawton who’s $500 cheaper. If you need a punt option at RB take a chance on Texas A&M True Freshman Rueben Owens.

WR/TE

Top Plays

Marvin Harrison Jr $8,900
Ricky Pearsall $7,100
Keon Coleman $7,000
Luther Burden III $6,900

• You can’t go wrong playing Marvin Harrison Jr but you have to take some longshot plays elsewhere to fit him in your lineup. Burden III has a matchup vs Georgia which I believe could help keep his ownership down but he will get plenty of targets so I’m willing to take some shots on him. Florida is a different animal or “Alligator” at home. In the Swamp the Gators play with confidence and Pearsall could be in line for a big game vs Arkansas.

Best Value Plays

Jamari Thrash $6,600
Robert Lewis $6,300
Ladd McConkey $5,800
Jaylin Lane $5,600
Dayton Wade $5,400
Eugene Wilson III $5,400
Tailique Williams $5,200
Ainias Smith $5,100
Reggie Brown $5,100

• The best price adjusted plays here are Reggie Brown at 5.1K who I want to stack with McCloud and Robert Lewis who I’m stacking with Grainger. Last week I mentioned Eugene Wilson III vs Georgia and he delivered with an impressive DFS performance. This week he goes up against Arkansas and I expect another good performance. Jamari Thrash is averaging 20.7 FPPG and for 6.6K I’ll have some shares of him.

Longshot Plays

Elijah Sarratt $4,800
Oscar Delp $4,400
Holden Staes $4,100
Stephen Gosnell $4,100
Corey Dyches $3,900
Jacari Carter $3,800
Phoenix Sproles $3,700

• Sarratt is one of the best price adjusted plays on the slate and you could even double stack him with Reggie Brown and McCloud. Notre Dame’s starting TE is out so Holden Staes could get more opportunities this week. Phoenix Sproles is only 3.7K but he’s averaging 9.5 FPPG, you won’t find many players doing that for under 4K.
