Who is Vincent Cox?
Cox is a 6-foot-2, 280-pound offensive lineman out of Hartland High School in Michigan. Coach Lou Perrone said the 2023 prospect’s ceiling has no limits.
“This guy might be one of the most versatile offensive lineman that I have ever seen in 20 years of recruiting,” said Perrone from the well-known recruiting service, “My Recruits.”
He may be right.
Cox can play all five positions up front, and he can play them with authority. Cox possesses with an excellent first step even when he lines up at center. He has very quick feet and extremely violent hands, which is a big reason for the 25 pancakes over the course of his high school career.
Coaches will be extremely impressed with his leadership and his ability to call out the fronts and correct protection. College coaches across the Division I ranks have been talking about this young man for a long time. Expect offers to start flooding this future star.
