It’s no secret that Jim Harbaugh has the Michigan Wolverines absolutely rolling. It seems like a matter of time before the Wolverines claim the top spot in the college football world. It felt forever for them to do so in the Big Ten, but here they are as back to back conference champions. Meanwhile they have been making the college football playoffs.
While the results in the college football playoff hasn’t been what any Michigan fan wanted, they have to be excited how they are inching closer. If Michigan limits mistakes they probably run TCU out of the building. So while Michigan is inching closer, their roster keeps getting hotter.
In the last five years The Wolverines have posted a 46-14 record averaging a #12 recruiting class. If you limit it to the past two seasons they are a 25-3 and with a top 15 average recruiting class. Currently for this cycle the Wolverines are in the top 10 recruiting, and several elite commits.
With the record the past two years there’s no doubt that the talent in Michigan is not only just incoming, but being developed as well. In the last five years there are only six other teams with a better record than Michigan. Let’s not forget Michigan has key returners in QB J.J. McCarthy, WR Roman Wilson, RB Blake Corum, and so much more. 2023 could be the year of the Wolverine. The roster for the Michigan Wolverines just keep getting hotter.
