Some is readable, a lot is oral history too.

They recently got in bed with Lindsay Graham and have skirted every single procedural law and treaty set up.

Basically opened up the door for way too many supreme court cases because the US Govt facilitated in their ability to do so and now, do we even have to honor our ends of the treaties anymore? He opened Pandora's box like a ding dong
