I will be picking up a bottle of Glenlivet today, after the locks are changed on the front door ... we are going to sip beer and smoke a couple of butts this Saturday. I will go to my grave believing that cooking low and slow was invented by a guy with a hangover. He was probably in desperate need of a rescue beer with breakfast.
