QBs

Top Plays

Caleb Williams $10,500
Bo Nix $9,800
Dillon Gabriel $9,400
Jordan Travis $9,200
Carson Beck $8,700

• Williams is priced extremely high this week but with the way the USC Defense is playing he might be passing a ton. With a 10.5K price tag it’s a good likelihood he’s low owned so I’ll try to fit him in some of my lineups. Nix has a matchup vs Utah and for 9.8K I’m going to pass on him this week, I’m not saying he’s a bad play but I believe it’s better value elsewhere. Gabriel & Travis are my favorite two price adjusted plays of these five. Gabriel is averaging 32.2 FPPG and I believe he gets 30+ vs Kansas. Travis has a matchup vs Wake Forest that doesn’t scare me at all and he provides production on the ground which makes his floor high.

Best Value Plays

Sam Hartman $8,200
Garrett Greene $8,100
Drew Allar $8,000
Donovan Smith $7,900
John Rhys Plumlee $7,200
Maalik Murphy $7,000

• John Rhys Plumlee is my favorite price adjusted play from this group and he has a matchup I love vs a beat up West Virginia Defense. I expect a bounce back game from Drew Allar and to be honest Penn State should let him sling it 40 times because it’s no chance they beat Michigan or win the Big Ten if Allar plays like he did vs Ohio State. Maalik Murphy is a name to know, he’s the Longhorns starting QB with Quinn Ewers out. Murphy doesn’t have much experience and many people don’t know his name so I expect him to be a good low owned play.

Longshot Plays

Max Johnson $6,500
Graham Mertz $6,200

• It’s not much here this week but I can tell you Mertz will be extremely low owned and he’s actually been playing well. I believe Georgia gets a lead and Mertz has to throw so you could get plenty of volume here. Max Johnson at 6.5K will be low owned and I love the matchup vs a South Carolina Defense that ranks in the bottom 15 of the FBS.

RBs

Top Plays

Audric Estime $7,800
Jadyn Ott $7,700
Bucky Irving $7,600
Jonathon Brooks $7,500

• Last week the Trojans Defense got exposed by pass catching RBs and it’s a good chance Ott can take advantage. I believe Ott will be a good low owned contrarian play as most people will look to play Irving or Brooks. With Quinn Ewers out the Longhorns will look to establish the rushing attack and Jonathon Brooks has been tremendous averaging 24.5 FPPG. Bucky Irving was injured last week but I expect him to be good to go vs Utah, the matchup isn’t the best but if healthy Irving will produce.

Best Value Plays

Trey Benson $6,800
DJ Giddens $6,500
RJ Harvey $6,200
CJ Donaldson Jr $6,100

• If I play a UCF stack at QB/WR I’ll be looking to run it back with Donaldson at RB. I love Plumlee at QB but if I pass on him I’ll be looking to get some shares of Harvey because like I said the Mountaineers defense is banged up and Ollie Gordon had a field day vs them last week.

Longshot Plays

Sione Vaki $5,000
Isaac Guerendo $4,800
Demond Claiborne $4,800
Gavin Sawchuk $4,400

• Vaki is a Safety for the Utes who also plays RB/WR. When Vaki has the ball you can tell by his physicality that he’s also a hard hitting safety. Last week he absolutely shredded the USC Trojans and at 5K he’s a good longshot play. Demond Claiborne is a former 4 star and True Freshman who the Demon Deacons have been giving a lot more opportunities to. He’s averaging 13.2 FPPG and he could even get you a few catches vs FSU. If Jawhar Jordan is out with a hamstring injury this week it’s worth giving Guerendo a chance at 4.8K.

WR/TE

Top Plays

Troy Franklin $8,200
Ricky Pearsall $7,100
Xavier Worthy $6,800

• I’ll be honest, this is the least impressive list of Top Plays I’ve seen in a while. Franklin is averaging 26.5 FPPG but his matchup isn’t ideal, same with Pearsall, he’s averaging 20.1 FPPG but his matchup is scary vs UGA.

Best Value Plays

Matthew Golden $6,500
Jalil Farooq $6,500
Jamari Thrash $6,100
KeAndre Lambert Smith $6,100
Javon Baker $5,900
Nic Anderson $5,800

• I wasn’t impressed with the top plays at WR/TE but that’s okay because I have you covered with value plays. Jalil Farooq let us down last week but I’m willing to go back to him this week and stack him with Gabriel once again. If I’m playing Drew Allar I’m stacking him with KeAndre Lambert Smith who’s his #1 WR option. Javon Baker torched the Sooners last week and he’s averaging 15.9 FPPG. Plumlee/Baker is my favorite price adjusted stack of the week.

Longshot Plays

Eugene Wilson III $4,900
Jaheim Bell $4,200
Oscar Delp $3,400

• Oscar Delp is no Brock Bowers but he’s very talented and I expect a lot of production from him the next few weeks. For 3.4K I’ll probably have him in almost every lineup of mine this week because he opens up the door for some big time plays. DraftKings refuses to up the price on Jaheim Bell and has constantly one of the top Longshot plays.

Mock Lineup
