QBs
Top Plays
Bo Nix $9,600
Shedeur Sanders $9,500
Dillon Gabriel $9,100
Tyler Van Dyke $8,600
• The top of the QB board is loaded this week and it features both QBs in the Oregon vs Colorado game. You have to pay up to get Bo Nix and Shedeur Sanders but both are worth it. I believe this is a high scoring game and both players are worth paying up for. Dillon Gabriel is averaging 31.6 FPPG in 2023 and has a favorable matchup vs Cincinnati, he’s a good pivot off of Sanders & Nix who will both be popular. If you’re looking to save some money pivot down to Tyler Van Dyke at 8.6K. TVD has a great matchup and he’s averaging 25.1 FPPG.
Best Value Plays
Jalen Milroe $8,300
Chandler Morris $7,800
Jack Plummer $7,500
Preston Stone $7,400
• A lot of people witnessed HORRIFIC QB play from the Crimson Tide last week vs USF. I’m not sure why Milroe didn’t play but he’s back starting vs Ole Miss and I believe he will be a good low owned contrarian play. TCU faces off vs Rival SMU and both QBs (Morris & Stone) are good plays who will most likely have low ownership. If you’re looking for a good contrarian pivot with upside you can play Jack Plummer who’s 7.5K and averaging 18.4 FPPG.
Longshot Plays
Kyron Drones $5,800
Kedon Slovis $5,700
EJ Warner $5,100
• I’ll admit, none of these players are exciting plays and they’re all scary. If you’re looking to save money at QB though they could come in handy. Drones gives you upside as a runner and he didn’t look horrible last week vs RU. If you play Drones just be sure to check that he’s starting over Grant Wells. EJ Warner the Temple QB and son of Kurt Warner has a matchup vs Miami where I expect the owls to be trailing and passing often.
RBs
Top Plays
Blake Corum $8,300
Bucky Irving $7,500
• The RB slate is thin this week but these are the top two higher priced plays on the slate. I love Corum going up againt RU and Irving has an outstanding matchup vs Colorado.
Best Value Plays
Rasheen Ali $6,000
Devin Neal $5,900
CJ Donaldson $5,900
Will Shipley $5,700
• Rasheen Ali at 6K is the best value play on the slate this week. The Hokies run defense is putrid and Ali should take advantage. Devin Neal and CJ Donaldson both have upside and are capable goal line RBs. Anytime you can get Will Shipley for just 5.7K I’m taking an opportunity on him, if Clemson is going to win this game they Shipley to produce.
Longshot Plays
Kyle Monangai $5,300
Kye Robichaux $5,200
Bhayshul Tuten $5,200
Don Chaney Jr $4,300
• Literally NOBODY is going to play Kyle Monangai vs Michigan which makes him an intriguing play in my opinion. He’s averaging 25.3 FPPG and if he can get you 20+ vs Michigan you’re going to be different from the field. Kye Robichaux has stepped up for Boston College and should be low owned. I doubt anyone knows who Bhayshul Tuten is and the Hokies run blocking is pitiful but Tuten is also a capable pass catcher. He will be low owned and a good pivot play. I believe Miami gets a big lead vs Temple which could lead to more touches for Chaney, at 4.3K he’s an outstanding low priced play.
WRs/TEs
Top Plays
Jimmy Horn Jr $7,300
Xavier Weaver $7,200
Tre Harris $7,000
Troy Franklin $6,900
• I love the WR/TE plays this week, especially at the top. Colorado will most likely be trailing and throwing often which should lead to plenty of volume for Weaver and Horn, also remember that Travis Hunter is out. Lane Kiffin wants nothing more than to beat Nick Saban and he’ll need to get his best WR Tre Harris plenty of touches. If I’m playing Bo Nix I’m stacking him with his best WR Troy Franklin who I expect to have a big game.
Best Value Plays
Keon Coleman $6,700
Evan Stewart $6,700
Jamari Thrash $6,600
Tez Johnson $5,900
Roman Wilson $5,500
JaColby George $5,100
Jaylin Lane $5,000
Gary Bryant Jr $5,000
• It’s a lot of excellent value plays this week and it starts with Keon Coleman. Coleman disappointed last week vs Boston College but he will step up in the spotlight vs Clemson. Jamari Thrash has been outstanding all season averaging 27 FPPG and he’s still priced way too low at 6.6K. If you play Plummer at QB make sure you stack him with Thrash. If you play Bo Nix and Troy Franklin is too expensive for you then pivot down to Tez Johnson at 5.9K or Gary Bryant Jr at 5K. JaColby George has really stepped up for Miami and I’m stacking him in a few lineups with TVD.
Longshot Plays
Da’Quan Felton $4,900
Jordan Hudson $4,900
Traeshon Holden $4,800
Ryan O’Keefe $4,600
Jaheim Bell $4,600
Dante Wright $4,400
David Martin Robinson $3,400
Dae’Quan Wright $3,000
• Like I said earlier I expect Temple to be trailing and throwing often which makes Dante Wright and David Martin Robinson excellent low priced plays. Last week Kyron Drones was targeting Da’Quan Felton often & I expect him to continue to do so. Speaking of Virginia Tech, TE Dae’Quan Wright is the stone minimum at 3K and he’s a key piece of the offense.
Mock Lineup
QB: Bo Nix $9,600
RB: Rasheen Ali $6,000
RB: Don Chaney Jr $4,300
WR: Dae’Quan Wright $3,000
WR: Xavier Weaver $7,200
WR: Troy Franklin $6,900
FLEX: David Martin Robinson $3,400
SuperFlex: Shedeur Sanders $9,500
• This is the most volatile boom or bust lineup ever. I paid up for QB and stacked them with their WR1. I also have three players less than 4.3K and one player who’s the stone minimum at 3K.
