The Atlantic Coast Conference has ended the season with nine bowl eligible teams. Out of a conference of fourteen teams that is quality representation. The ACC has plenty of bowl tie ins to go around, and the bowl games are going to attempt to make the most profitable matchups. Let’s not forget that due to an alliance with the ACC Notre Dame will also eat up an ACC Bowl bid. We have the Fighting Irish picked to go out west to the Holiday Bowl. So let’s get to it and show you the ACC Bowl Predictions for these nine teams.

Pitt vs. Memphis

Gasparilla Bowl

Syracuse vs. UCONN

Yes, I am probably the only person in America that is selecting North Carolina to make the Orange Bowl. Even those inside of Chapel Hill are giving the Tar Heels a slim chance in the ACC Championship game. The conference already took a blow with South Carolina defeating Clemson, I have a feeling it will take a bigger one with UNC beating Clemson this weekend. I do think the Gator Bowl will have an opportunity to capitalize, making a rematch between Clemson and South Carolina.

The Cheez-It Bowl could also hit a homerun hosting brands such as Florida State and Texas. We have to remember these bowl games are trying to see revenue, and will do the best they can at that. A UNC upset over Clemson could cause a major shakeup.
