Adding to Florida State’s talented 2022 offensive line class was 4-star prospect Jaylen Early.

Early signed with the Seminoles in December and will be enrolling this summer. Before he does, Early conducted an interview with NorvellCentral discussing a number of topics.

Below is the full interview with Early:

How does it feel to finally be a Florida State Seminole?

“It feels like a dream come true.”

During your time at Duncanville High School (Texas), you played guard as well as tackle on the offensive line. What position do you feel most comfortable at?

“I feel very confident in both, honestly, but if I had to choose, I would pick tackle because I like being on the edge.”

Florida State brought in five other offensive line recruits this past recruiting cycle; how is your bond with that group of guys?

“I feel like we’re pretty close already and I know we’re only going to get even closer and develop a deeper bond with each other as we go along.”

Everyone seems to have a great relationship with offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Alex Atkins. What has your relationship been like with him?

“I really respect him. I respect how he says and does things. He might not say what you want to hear, but he says what you need to hear.”

Do you have any parting words for Seminole fans before you enroll at Florida State this summer?

“I promise to give everything I got to the program. It is a dream to play in front of you guys and put on a show.”
